If you haven't ate here yet. Do yourself justice and go and eat there. Omg they have some of the best food you will ever eat. Rick and Dallas make meals that would make your grandmother proud. From the movie Friday after next, "It's so good, it's gonna make you want to slap yo momma". Lol no but seriously it is worth it.

Incredibly impressed!!! Got the special of the day which was ribs. Not a big fan of ribs normally, but I took a chance! Oh my goodness!!!! The bark on the outside was flavored perfectly and the meat was so tender!!! Another star on the plate were the baked beans!!!!! So much flavor!! I got my entire barbecue lunch for only $7!!! Keep it you you guys!!!

Love this place! Had the chicken and dumplings 2 days in a row! I'll Def be ordering again! I've also had their red beans and rice and was highly satisfied! I recommend Floyd's to anyone looking for good, well seasoned southern cooking! They also have a variety of other foods as well that I plan on trying in the near future!

This is a great place. Food is great and the people who run this food truck are always friendly and glad to see you. They have the best chicken tacos on Tuesdays. Chicken and dumplings, red beans and rice, greens, firehouse chili, all are top notch favorites of mine. Highly recommend if you like home cooking!

Just stopped by on my way to Dallas, to check out this newest food truck that was written up in the Huntsville Item. It's fantastic and worth a short side trip off the freeway. It's located right off the main drag and near the college campus. We ordered red beans and rice and poutine. I'm from Louisiana and this red beans and rice is the real deal, creamy and with huge pieces of delicious sausage . I had never had poutine before ( a Canadian dish) but read about it in the Item article, so I gave it a try- it is this savory blend of French fries , cheese and meat that you MUST try, we loved it. The owner and his son were both there and took the time to come and say hello and socialize with customers a little, but quickly got back to business making damn good food! Lots of southern specialties on the menu and burgers too. There is something for everyone on their menu. Wednesday is their " chicken and dumplings " day, so I'll have to make sure to plan a trip around that! Sometimes food trucks can be hit or miss- not Floyd's On 14th, it's a winner.
